Biography of Consul General Mr. Celal Doğan

Consul General Doğan graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Public Administration in 1993.

He started working at the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1994, and has held various positions within the General Directorates of Research and Security Affairs, Protocol and African Bilateral Political Affairs of the Ministry as well as served in the Embassies of Ulaanbaatar, London, Tirana, Havana, The Holy See and Dakar.

He took up his duties as Consul General in Prizren in February 2023.
